Nearing the future: Devlog #6


Hello! Max and Josh here, we are thrilled to announce that after extensive brainstorming and creative ideas, we've solidified the game's core vision. The "Hunting Night" will feature three different levels with a final boss battle. As well as adding an ammo system and additional animations, the ammo system adding an another level of strategy and animations appealing towards the games art style. This gives us a clear roadmap for furthering progression down the line as we know what we want to do for each level. 

Our vertical slice showcases a polished and engaging experience for the player. A glimpse into what we have to offer with our game. The vertical slice includes the second level, an ammo system, animations and a flashlight like crosshair. The gameplay is currently shooting as many animals as you can before running out of ammo or time.

Currently we are unsure of what we want to do for our final boss, we will be discussing it further in the near future. We are hoping our game with its unique features will bring an engaging experience to the user with its overall atmosphere, visuals and gameplay. We hope that our vertical slice will give our players a taste of the full experience.
