Still working on it?: Devlog #9
Josh and Max here once again, time sure flies doesn't it?
Next week is roughly when the alpha build of our project will be coming out. Our goal for the alpha is for it to be a roughly playable experience of our game from start to finish, it will most likely be highly unpolished and riddled with bugs but that's what the beta build is for fixing.
The most critical feature we are going to have to complete for the alpha is a proper score tally showing how many animals you managed to gun down during a level. All the other features are mostly done but just need some extra polish or more efficient coding behind them. Just between you and me though... Max is cooking up something very cool for level 4.
The basic structure of the game will be basic enough:
Title Screen - Level 1 - Pause Screen - Level 2 - Level 3 - Level 4 - End screen.
The title screen will have the obvious start and exit buttons but we do have an idea in mind for an options button. We don't know if we will be able to implement it in time or ever at our current skill level but here's hoping.
Get Hunting Night
